remnants

well, this is just fun, isn't it. total photo dump for the past 3 months. haha. 

 this is actually from the 4th of july.  we went to Kat's house to swim in the pool and meet her new baby. 

Audrey and Tommy showed up.  they are 2 of the coolest people.  New York cool, which is a step above LA cool. :)  I adore them. 

Then we went to Alli Spencers pool with a zillion other people for a BBQ that afternoon.  

And then after that we went to see fireworks in studio city with jon and kirsten heder and sarah heder, too. we found the absolute best location right by the la river in full view of the CBS fireworks.  it was a full, happy day. 

Before that was Mormon Dodger Night. Elder Holland threw out the first pitch but we missed it because we were still walking through the parking lot.  the little kids didn't really want to sit still so just about everyone seated around us took off for another section.  not a horrible thing, but still. 

then we went down from the nosebleed seat to the first level to see if we could get on the field for fireworks. it was awesome! lower seats were GREAT and someone left a bag of peanuts in their seat so we totally noshed on those and waited for the fireworks.  we got on the field and it was awesome. 

to do it right, i think you go at the 5 inning and only on a fireworks friday. baseball is just sooooo long
