This was our itinerary in sat for kirstens bday. There were tons of us so that made it really funny to see so many ladies tromping from place to place. So much fun!
So we are all back into the swing of things this morning. However I have some questions:
1. Why do kids spaz out and get all hyper like 10 mins before bedtime? Why? (it nearly killed me last night!)
2. Why don't my bed sheets ever really fit my bed? Non-ikea mattress+ikea sheets= sloppy mess. Although king mattress+ target sheets didn't work out that great either. So, I ask you! What is the secret!?! I need to know before I go batty!

Aw - sad I missed the girls night. I always miss the best ones!!! Fun. Fun! But thanks for the pics. I have a nice mattress and Bed, Bath and Beyond sheets (that were $$$), and they don't always fit either. So I don't know what the answer is. And yes - Audrey especially turns into the biggest spaz right before bed. We read books all nice and then the brushing teeth - she is NUTS!!! I hate it b/c I hate having tension or scolding RIGHT BEFORE bed. I hate it when my kids go to bed sad. At least we are all in the same boat!
ReplyDeleteexpensive sheets is the only way to go. I know, the cheap stuff is so tempting but really I got nice ones at Costco and my mom (who is awesome) got me nice ones at Macy's and they work great. And yes, Emma running around in circles before bed makes me crazy.
ReplyDeleteI have no answer to the bedtime question. IT's hit and miss for us.......and the sheets?? don't they make a huge difference! My biggest sheet pet peeve is when they cling to my PJ's and get me all twisted up. Oh I'm gettin all crazy just thinking about it. We got ours, at Kohls, ( I know, weird store but they always have things like 110% off so they were a good deal). I love em, they are dark grey sateen sheen so no grabbing. Ahhhhh, relief.
