It is U2 Week at our house. I told sophie i added some U2 to the ipod and she said, "Who's U2?"
Whaaaaat on earth have i been doing? totally falling down on my job as a mother?? Apparently!
So, i took everything else off and added nothing but U2. and we're going to listen on replay all. week. LONG!! Until they get just how cool this band really is.
So we've got all the favorites on there. from rattle and hum, joshua tree, we've got lemon ( i went to the 'pop' concert in Vegas while Sophie was in utero.) all that you can't leave behind plus the mary J. and bono 'one' plus the glee cover cuz it's fun to sing to. live versions, remixes, we have got it all!
Up next, Queen week? Abba? Duran Duran? (maybe that should just be duran duran day, haha) Sky's the limit!

ReplyDeleteI remember when we went to that POP concert we tied a shirt around your belly because we were worried it would be too loud for little growing Sophie. I guess it worked seeing how she doesn't even know who they are! (How can this be?) I think to complete her education you need to bust out the Rattle and Hum video.
