it's 5:51am

I've been up since 2:30. Simon stirred at 2:30 and couldn't put himself back to sleep. not super unusual, but he typically makes it until 5ish. isn't that crazy that he doesn't sleep through the night? He's OLD! i'm such a softie for him, what to I do? someday.

Anyway, so i've been up for the past 3 hours thinking about stuff and have not been able to go back to sleep at all. i'm so screwed.

it's nearly time for sophie to get up and then we'll start the whole thing over again. wow.

next year we will have just dropped sophie off at seminary at this time. whaaaaaaaat? i know, it's coming fast.

i haven't totally worked out the logistics of what i'll do when doug is gone. there aren't really any fellow seminary aged kids down here in the flats. they all live up on the hill by the church. i guess that will be interesting. {read: grueling}

anyway, i just ordered a battery charger from ebay (mine went missing when we lent it to a friend. haha) so now i'll be able to take and post some pics. no time for much else on this bloggy blog of mine, sadly.

This is from the 11 month shoot. Doug has the final month, maybe someday i will compile and post. add it to the to-do list. is yours growing ever longer by the second?
