school photo


So, conference was awesome, right?  I am definitely feeling less bluesy today. :)

Especially after Owen brought home his school photos.

I guess i should freely admit that i forgot it was photo day until i dropped him off in front of the school. Can you tell??? hahaha.

A few years ago, Sophie and i decided to order the ugliest background option they offered. I don't know why, but it makes us laugh every time.  The one we picked for her that year was the photo of her standing next to an easel holding a canvas with the exact same photo of her.

(Now that she's in high school, she refuses to get the ugly ones.)

Anyway, i let owen pick his background this year and I think he naturally picked the winner!!

I LOVE THIS PHOTO! It makes me so happy. 



p.s. i also love the baskin robbins drive thru near our house.  i really want some mint chip right now.

    I LOVE It! And I like the idea. I'm gonna have to steal it...cuz honestly, it's not like I actually hand out any of the school photos I get. I just collect them. LOL!
