just an update

I put everyone to bed last night and put on Nottinghill on netflix while i folded clothes. that is such a cute movie. i totally found myself smiling like a doofus all by myself in my room.  I always envision doug shooting movies like that. any movie i like, really, and i really love movies.  someday, people. someday.

There was some talk about one of the movies he shot last year actually coming to theaters in the spring?! Don't know the details but will post if and when anything concrete happens on that front.

Loved this guy in this role. rhys ifans. has anyone seen him in anything else? i know he's been in a bunch of stuff so i'll have to go research check it out.  funny guy.

anyway, we are doing better today. will venture out to target for diapers and to save my sanity.

Penny really should be at school.  i told rachel yesterday, "penny is 100%, she really should be at school."  About 30 seconds later she coughed the first cough of the day and it wasn't pretty.  so maybe she's more like 60%.  Simons lungs are still junky, but he's perking up.  we have an inhaler that he just loves. oh, i mean hates.

simon threw a fit when we walked to the gas station for muscle milk and diet coke (for me) and then saw a HUGE can of pringles that he apparently couldn't live without.  I gave in.

Penny threw a fit this morning when she wanted sugar on her TRIX.  Trix is nothing but sugar, i can't in good conscience let you sugar up your sugar.  i stood my ground and gave her cheerios with sugar.  she decided she wasn't hungry.

anyone up for a 4 DAY WEEKEND?  We're going to have to come up with something good, aren't we.
