This from skinnytaste. super yummy take on the BLT. with turkey bacon and lite mayo it makes healthier. i did not make mine healthier (maybe next time?) but loved shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes with bacon wrapped in lettuce idea. it all wrapped up surprisingly well.
*note: center cut bacon has less fat than your basic. didn't know that.
And second, although we eat plenty of sweet, i never make dessert. So, I've decided to make a new dessert every Sunday. I'm still kind of trying to detox during the week and like the idea of planning one amazing cheat on the weekend. we will see how this goes. i never started ye olde detox from the italy weeks and i still can't fit into my gray cords but i figure i can get serious when the kids go back to school. It's just easier.

Thanks for the tip on those brownies, Delish! Sunday's are our dessert day too. I just like having something to look forward to doing after everyone is all jammied up. I'll definitely have to give these a whirl.
