SPW (or speeeewww)

Really, it's the Summer Performance Workshop but the sophie calls it spew.

the performance was so fun to watch. it is so glee! some of those kids really thought they were on glee, i think. sophie is rad. she choreographed the last section of one of their dances. love, loved it. Thanks to Sarah Heder for watching the babies so i could go by myself and not wrangle anyone! i had soda and red vines and sat all by myself. it was magical.

But the greatest part is that she and her friends were in the paper. Interviewed even.

four days... just four days. honestly, i hate the reentry after any trip, i wish we could just skip ahead to about a week later when things are truly normal. {sigh.} but we miss his mug. it'll be good to see it around these parts.

we just downloaded the 'songify' app. it is hilarious! it turns anything you say into a dance mix. it's so funny.

some of the better ones:

• my feet stink like fish.
• a convo between me and sophie about her going to a friend's house to swim. which doesn't sound funny but i swear it is!

• Most of them are gross actually, like "my mouth smells like broccoli. i live in a world where we fart out of our mouths and burp from our butts." That was probably sophie's funniest/grossest so far! You can here me in the background saying, "sophie that so disgusting!" and she says, "No its not, it's a fact of life, mother" all to very dramatic piano and that weird synthesizer voice effect and beat box. hilarious! go get it and please come up with something that is not so crude. ;)
