well, we made it. our last night alone. and it was a doozy.... penny threw up three times between 3 and 6 am. once in her bed, once in my bed and then finally once in the barf bowl that was next to her the whole time. poor little lady. she's feeling good this morning, it seems, so maybe she ate something funky or drank that old sippy cup of milk we found from like 3 days ago. bleck.
anyway, T minus 4 hours (ish) and doug will be home. And it sounds like he's is loaded with stories so it should be an entertaining day.
Simon took this sweet photo of my knee while at the dentist yesterday with penny. doesn't it look like we are torturing her? creeepy! She was sad but no cavities this time so at least it was short!
