How come no one told me Twitter was so much fun?!? seriously, i know i am probably the last person on earth to join and i was super skeptical but dang, i like it.

doug and i spent 45 minutes cracking up at Steve Martin's tweets from the last 6 months. hilarious!

I originally decided to register because some footage that doug shot with le franc may or may not be posted on his twitter site this week. (so go follow that guy so you can catch a sneak peek...maybe...shhhhh) (but be careful, twitter is not rated.)

Anyway, i follow justin beiber (for sophie) NPR, the Onion, Instyle Magazine, designsponge, pioneer woman, and a surprise favorite Salon.com. (some great stories.)

We are in the tid-bit generation now and i am ok with that. i can get a snippet of everything i need from my phone in 5 min spurts throughout the day, which is about all i have anyway.

so tell me, who are YOU following? I need me some new tweets!

    Emily, I have been on twitter forever! I love it! I tweet funny things my kids say or do. I tweet about what I'm doing or things with Dan. The only reason I really do it is because my whole immediate family is on twitter. We tweet all day and it really has brought us all closer into each other's lives and what's going on. I'm a huge fun of twitter for that reason.

    Sarah! That's genius. No one in my family is on twitter. I had to pull teeth to get anyone on facebook! Will totally follow you to hear all the funny things your kids do. Love it!

    Yes, it's true. Twitter is cool, and yes we are all totally uncool and tweeting to each other will probably never happen.

    I like to Tweet the little things the kids say. Then later I can print out a whole log of all the hilarity that ensues daily. Also, mine links to my blog and facebook. So by posting a Tweet, I kill three birds with one stone, since it posts to all three. I only follow like 10 friends. But Rainn Wilson is pretty entertaining:

    again with most of your posts I am pretty much never cool and I think twitter is freaky and don't understand it....I think I learned my lesson of trying to be cool when I cut my hair like a boy to look like someone who was cool....
