After New York, i went back to Vegas where my parents had been watching my kids and then we stayed all the way up until the 30th. The good news is that we got to see all the cousins (except 2) at some point during our stay. Jami and Brett came with zach and kate for 10 days, Carter lives in vegas so we got to see them quite a bit and then on christmas night, Kelly and Adam both brought their families from AZ for a 4 or 5 days and then Kelly brought along my Grandma Olson. Seriously, it was the greatest christmas ever.
Santa came to the house a few days before christmas, we went ice skating, watched movies, went shopping, went to the children's museum, ate tons and tons of food, laughed, read magazines and then went back to walmart a few days later to get more magazines.
Grandma Olson is the gossip magazing pioneer in our family. she calls them "squealers." Any given day in her house you can show up and see what is going on in the world of celebrity. she is 82 and is getting to that point where she doesn't recognize the reality show folks, but she is pretty much up to speed on the others. Eva and Tony, Blake and Ryan G or Ryan R (whichever mag you believe) prince william and kate, etc. it was simply perfect.

What is that contraption Penny is skating with ??? We went skating this Xmas but they didn't offer us those. Would've definitely helped my back... especially push Tyler around the ice. Of course Audrey was fearless.
