More Drama

Ya know, we kinda thought our feud with the neighbor had ended with the cops. Oh, what a foolish thought!

The day after the incident the neighbor called on Clint's truck and got it ticketed (parked in front of our house this time) because it was over the 2 hr limit. We've since gone to get the resident parking passes so we can legally park here (especially clint) all dang day if we want.

But, it doesn't stop there.

Doug was doing a photo shoot for a friend in the photo studio in the garage yesterday so we had a bunch of cars coming and going all morning. Well, that guy was out monitoring everything and mid morning one of the girls went to leave and her car had been egged. REAL mature, loser.

One of Doug's friends was parked funny in our drive way and the neighbor started cussing at him. So, Doug's friend, bobby, went over and chatted with him but stayed really mellow and found out this goes back to over a year ago, when we're campaigning for PROP 8!

of course! He's been ticked for over a year and we had no idea.

Well, that eased my anger a little cuz it was at least an explanation that made sense!

But then, yesterday morning the girl that was egged called and said that the wires to her tow package were cut.

HUH? This guy is a serious psycho!

But doug took another path. He went and made nice because, honestly, where was it going to end? So, he sucked it up and went over to talk to the neighbor. And he was nice. and they worked things out, exchanged numbers, and the apologized citing that he thought we were doing all of this to make him mad. (i'm telling you... psycho!) Anyway, his name is Frank, and we've made peace.

Let's pray Prop 8 doesn't show up on the 2010 ballot. Or 2012 for that matter.

  1. That is just insane. Doug is a good guy. Seriously I don't understand why a difference in political views ends in egging someone's car? That man must have an ulcer or TWELVE.

  2. Well, Frank is somewhat justified. I would be pissed too if my neighbors were voting yes on 8. No on 8! Equality and Marriage for everyone!
