Now onto the best summer vacation!! we flew up to Washington to visit jami and her family. it was so, so awesome and exactly what we needed. we had the perfect balance of relaxing and super fun.
Lake Tye? Yes.
Downtown Seattle? Yup.
Crazy busy Pike Place market? Yesh.
Aquarium? Yep.
Daily Hot Tub? uh-huh
Ivar's fish market? totally.
Remlinger farms, Downtown Duvall and Duvall Books? yes, yes, yes!
MOVIE MARATHONS? YESSSSS. (twilight for the girls and star wars for the boys)
Jami's backyard looks just like the forest by the Cullen House! We were freaking out at the final battle scene. so much fun!
OH MY GOSH, Fireworks??? holy cow, yes. just wait for the pics. it was like anarchy in the street, i thought the neighborhood was going to explode. we LOVED it.
also, we ate at the cheesecake factory one afternoon and simon (who never goes anywhere nice) looked around and said, WOW! this is a fancy place! I should be wearing my fancy clothes!

Jami is just as pretty as I remember! I was always so in awe of her. She babysat us overnight a few times and I don't think I said more than two words to her, was always too shy!
