epic summer part whatever

so, a few weeks after we got back from jami's house, we had some fun visitors.  Ned and Rachel with jack and tate stopped by on their way to san diego and then kelly came with her kids for the week.  there were 2 cross over nights and including justin we had 16 people in our house!  it was crazy and awesome.  all the kids played really well together.

This is another slew of pictures.  I guess that's the problem with documenting each and every event and non-event in life.  what do you do with all the PICS??  i even have seemingly too many for a blog.  oh well.

So Ned and rachel came, rachel is 20 weeks pregnant and Ned had a picc line to his heart for antibiotics from an infected spider bite or something??? it was so fun to see them!! they are so cool and easy to host.  they were down with all the crazy

major events of the Kelly and kids trip included:

• The Getty museum where the flowers in the garden were dead-ish and the kids museum was pretty sweet!  We also loved the umbrellas to keep the sun at bay.   too bad we found them on the way out. 
• sis. morris' pool - love that old lady!
• tons of movies
• a girls night to see "the fault in our stars"
• trips to the SEV for slurpees
• 2 incredible beach days -- the evening is the best beach time for sure
• little violet was total alpha baby with roscoe.  they loved each other.
• a shopping day
• tons and tons of cousin play.  the best ever. 

We also said goodbye to sophie and sent her on her big trip to FIJI!  I'm sure that will be a huge post all its own. So proud of that girl.

Justin was here and taught the dog to long board...almost.

cj and doug went to vegas right after kelly left and we met the encino families at zuma to see Renee while her family was in LA!  Lots of great people, great fun.
