It's wednesday night. we are tired, tired folks. Lots of late nights, lots of cake and ice cream...cousin Avery had her 4th bday on tuesday! it has been a blast.
Before I post the first round of pics, i have to know if any of you have tried this?
I left my Keihl's cleanser at home and bought this at walgreens as a substitute and I lOVE IT! It's all natural and exfoliates with finely ground bamboo. it's amazing, seriously. I feel like my skin is really nourished and it's only 9 bucks. super great find.
Anyway....on to the photos. Here is miss sophie as i was dropping her off at helaman halls. her dorm room for the week. She was definitely excited but nervous as well. Her roommate jenny wasn't there until right before they were to meet their counselor so the babies playing in the humongous closets made her crazy. They were making all kinds of noise and slamming the doors around but i had to let them do it because they endured 40 minutes in a long ole check in line, in the sun. with only one pack of smarties sophie happened to have in her bag as a snack. it was sketchy for a while there. but we made it through check in and i figured a litte noise never hurt anyone, right? Sophie was a good sport. She usually calls before she goes to sleep and it seems like she is having blast. best. week. ever.
The birthday extravaganza. tons of fun at jumpin jacks. all my photos are blurry but it was fun...even if i felt like i needed a shower when we got home. (and i didn't even jump! haha) The kids all got to choose a treat and they mostly chose baby bottle pops. (gag) i think they all had a great time. a big thanks to the sisters in law for hauling all the troops to springville. dang, i meant to get a pic of the mamas.
