It's BACK!! Hooray!!!

last week my gmail was hacked into and they sent out a bunch of spam for viagara to all of my contacts. {awesome} so google had me change my password to gmail but then because blogger and google are connected they automatically removed my blog when the spam went out.

Not knowing this, however, i tried to log on and everything had vanished. my old blog, this blog, owen's blog... anything connected to my account was gone. I felt like crying. i knew it had to be in the cloud but i wasn't sure. the thoughts of loosing all these memories was totally devastating!!! so i researched and discovered that it actually happens all the time! I was shocked actually. and the only thing you can do is send an email to the blogger help forum and wait for them to answer back. it worked for some and not others. so i sent a very detailed, non-spam sounding email and they restored it. there is actually a 4 step process and a lot of waiting involved (from the sound of other users) so i must have been convincing.

ANYWAY! moral of the story is GO ORDER YOUR BLURB BOOKS TODAY! i have 2 and a half years not printed but started the process just about the minute i found it was back. so easy to trust the cloud. so foolish to trust the cloud.
